"Uniting To Build Life Around Jesus!"

If efforts to build life around Jesus in our community are going to continue into the next generation we believe parents and adults must be educated in the truths of God’s Word and inspired to live out their faith passionately. For this reason we put our time, treasure and talents into building a strong, influential, Spirit-empowered Christian Adult ministry that will equip people to serve Jesus Christ at work, at home and at school.

Adults have opportunities to build life around Jesus through,

  • Weekly, inspirational worship services designed to move the heart to action
  • Weekly FOCUS Group gatherings designed to build genuine Christian community
  • Regular opportunities to Serve! (see below for details)

Ministry Opportunities for Adults:

Annual Giveaways

Every year we collect furniture, appliances, clothes, toys, household items and school supplies from all over Middlesex County, store them at our church building at 1150 Newton St, and then give them all away a few different Saturdays throughout the year. We do not collect any money for the items we give away. We are aware that there are families in our area who need items they cannot afford and we are happy to serve them in this way. We believe it's what Jesus would do.

If you have items you would like to donate to families in need please contact us! Exemption letters are available from the church for those who itemize their donations.

Snow Shoveling

On each snow storm the North Brunswick Senior Center hands us a list of seniors in North Brunswick who need help getting out from under the snow. Many seniors cannot afford to pay people to shovel and their families live far away. For this reason we never have a lack of driveways to shovel.

To join the snow shoveling crew please contact Shaun (732-824-1022).

FOCUS Group Service Projects

Every semester each of our FOCUS Groups makes it a point to serve together! During the Fall semester the groups usually choose a few families to make Thanksgiving baskets or purchase Christmas gifts for. Which service or evangelism activities each group decides to do and when they decide to do them is up to the individual groups. Therefore the best way to serve through a FG is to join one!

Parker Home Sing

Every other month on the first Sunday of the month we visit the Francis E. Parker home to worship and spend time with the Seniors. They love to worship with us, they love to talk with us, but most of all they love our children! Check the Events calendar for the next Parker Home day.
