LORD'S SUPPER
Each Sunday we will take the Lord's Supper (sometimes called Communion). The Lord's Supper reminds us of the gospel message of Jesus and the salvation offered through Him. If you are visiting with us you can feel free to participate or just remain seated. This time is observed primarily for Christians to remember and renew the covenant they made with Jesus when they were baptized. The piece of bread that we eat symbolizes the body of Jesus on the cross, and the grape juice symbolizes the blood Jesus shed on that cross for us. Again, simple emblems, but powerful in meaning!
