"Uniting To Build Life Around Jesus!"
If our youth are going to "build life around Jesus" through their teen years we believe they will need to walk hand-in-hand with faithful Christians who have gone before them. For this reason we will put our time, treasure and talents toward the development of a strong, influential, Spirit-empowered youth development ministry that will guide youth to build life around Jesus.
Helping youth "build life around Jesus" takes the following forms at BCC:
Mentoring: 13-25 years
At BCC we believe what young people really need in order to build life around Jesus into the future are strong relationships with spiritually mature adults who can show them, one on one, what walking with Jesus really looks like.
For this reason we are currently working to develop a strong mentoring presence for young people through a partnership with Christian Association of Youth Mentoring. With God's help we believe we can put our youth on a spiritual foundation they can build on: the foundation of Jesus!
Youth Group: 12-18 years
At BCC we also believe it is important for young people to have spiritually mature peers to grow with. For this reason we work hard to provide opportunities for youth to get together in a group. Led by a spiritually mature Christian adult, the youth get together weekly to;
